We accept the following credit cards - Visa, Master, and Bankcard. 

Paypal:
You can now use your credit card to pay into our Paypal account in checkout.

Shipping
All packages are posted through Australia Post. Not all items can be sent using Australia Post express, but please let us know and we can quote you the shipping using that service. Courier service can also be requested and shipping price will be quoted accordingly.  

All products are weighed and the shipping is worked out on the total weight of all the products you have ordered, after they are packed.

When purchasing multiple products please email or call us for combined discounted postage costs. The more you buy the more you save on postage.

All parcels are sent registered mail, which means you have to sign for them once they arrive. This is included in the shipping costs and may cost a bit more than regular mail - but will give you peace of mind knowing that everything is covered.

Refunds
Refund is offered on faulty products. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds if the products you ordered are not what you expect or you don't like them. Giftpac will refund you 100% of the purchase price of the product if they are faulty. Giftpac cannot refund the postage or shipping component. The products to be refunded must be sent to Giftpac and received in as new condition, all postage costs are the responsibilty of the customer. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If we do provide you with a refund on our products, please note total amount for stock will be refunded minus the shipping costs. All product must be returned in good order for refunds to be given.
