Bank transfer EFT: amount to be paid directly into our bank account.
Shipping
Most parcels are posted through Australia Post. Not all items can be sent guaranteed next day delivery if your address is outside the express network, in this case Australia Post advises fastest possible delivery. Courier services can also be requested and shipping price will be quoted accordingly (note that couriers do not deliver to post office boxes).
All products are packed and weighed and the shipping cost is worked out on the total weight and cubic volume of all the products you have ordered.
When purchasing multiple products please email or call us for combined discounted postage costs. The more you buy the more you save on postage - up to 50%.
Registered parcels may cost a bit more than regular mail - but will give you peace of mind knowing that you have a tracking number to track your item.
Giftpac has no responsibility once your order is in the hands of the delivery company, although we will do our very best to help should the need arise.
Refunds
This stuff matters - by entering and ordering through the Giftpac website you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions.
Please notify Giftpac via email or letter within 7 days from the date of
purchase and state why you would like to return your product. We will
assess the details and respond within 7 days. Refunds will only take
place after we have received the item/s in as new condition (return
postage is the responsibility of the buyer). Items will not be sent until payment has been received in full. Remember to save all
packaging for the item. Physically damaged items cannot be returned. We
will not refund shipping costs nor paypal fees. Please allow up to 2
weeks for refunds to be approved. There is a 20-30% restocking fee on
all products. In the case that your purchase is returned to sender for
whatever reason Giftpac will not be responsible and will not refund your
purchase. We will however re-send your item/s to you once you have
covered the cost of postage the second time around. Please note that
Giftpac have no control over postage costs and all queries should be
directed to freight companies. Regarding missing items, we will send the
next closest identical size available should an item become low in
stock due to that particular item going missing or lost in the mail,
which is no fault of ours and entirely the responsibilty of the freight
company/companies. Please note Australia Post does not have a next day express service from this location, they specify fastest possible delivery. All decisions are final and at the discretion of Giftpac.
If we do provide you with a refund on our products, please note total amount for stock will be refunded minus the shipping costs and paypal fees and restocking fees. All product must be returned in as new condition for refunds to be given.
